- Portfolio: Vinetrix IT Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, both on our website and in promotional materials. This may include, but is not limited to, displaying client logos, website screenshots, and design elements. If a client wishes to exclude their project from our portfolio, they must submit a written request to nextlinedesigns@gmail.com.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Cooperation: Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and approvals as required to complete projects. Delays in client cooperation may affect project timelines and costs.
- Accuracy: Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all content, information, and materials provided to Vinetrix IT Solutions for use in projects.
- Payment: Clients agree to adhere to payment terms as outlined in project agreements and invoices. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
Vinetrix IT Solutions respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose or share confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or ongoing services by providing written notice to the other party. Termination terms and conditions will be outlined in project agreements.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vinetrix IT Solutions provides services “as is” and does not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Vinetrix IT Solutions is not responsible for promoting clients’ websites unless they have engaged in our SEO package. Therefore, we shall not be held responsible if clients do not generate profits from their websites or services that we have rendered. Our services are limited to the scope outlined in our project agreements and proposals. The success of websites or businesses depends on various factors, and Vinetrix IT Solutions cannot guarantee financial success or profitability.
